01 Digital Product Policy — All Sales Final
All sales of digital products are final. Because our Products are delivered electronically and made available for immediate download upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a transaction has been completed and the download link has been delivered.
By completing a purchase on concordstrategic.org, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
02 Qualifying Exceptions — When We Will Refund
We will issue a full refund only in these limited circumstances:
Technical delivery failure — if you do not receive your download link within 24 hours and our team cannot resolve it.
Duplicate charge — if you are charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.
Materially misrepresented product — if the content is substantially different from what was described at time of purchase.
Unauthorized transaction — if you demonstrate the purchase was made without your authorization and notify us within 7 days.
Refund requests must be submitted to info@concordstrategic.org within 7 days of purchase with your order confirmation number.
03 Not Eligible for Refund
The following do not qualify for a refund: change of mind, wrong product purchased, content did not meet personal expectations, found similar content elsewhere, no longer need the product, buyer's remorse, or requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase.
04 Download and Access Issues
If you experience any technical difficulty downloading or accessing your Product, contact info@concordstrategic.org immediately. We resolve all access and delivery issues within 1–2 business days at no cost. Technical issues do not trigger refund eligibility but will always be resolved.
05 Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute it with evidence of delivery. We always prefer to resolve issues directly — please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
06 How to Request a Refund
Email info@concordstrategic.org with: your full name and email used at checkout, your order confirmation number, the product purchased, a description of the qualifying issue, and any supporting documentation. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days.
